So although I’m currently laid up with a sprained ankle I thought now would be a good time to praise the Happiness Planner. The reason for my current happiness is that I have got a new job and am moving to London (yay!!) this was a goal that I made at the beginning of the year and in 3 months I have made it happen! The Happiness Planner is all about reflection and mindfulness to help define goals for the year and self-development. I have always been a planner and a slight control freak but it is very easy to give other people advice rather than focus on yourself. The Happiness Planner has a range of lists which make you think about what you want to achieve and what lessons you have learned from past experiences. It encourages gratitude journaling and aims to change your outlook and implement positive habits. The Planner is full of positive quotes like this from inspirational people. The Planner I bought is split into months (with pretty divider tabs) and each page is dated to encourage you to make an entry every month and day. The daily pages ask you to note to-dos, positive moments, a schedule and hopes for the next day. At the end of each month, you answer a page of review questions and score your happiness levels. It has truly helped me to create positive habits and achieve my goals and I can’t wait for what the rest of the year holds!!
